About Us

大阪市北区の中崎町にある自家焙煎コーヒー専門店。浅煎りから深煎りまで6-8種類のコーヒーを小型の焙煎機Aillio Bullet R1 V2で焙煎しております。店内ではスイーツの販売、ハンドドリップと焙煎のワークショップも行っています。

Started in 2018, we are a small-batch specialty coffee roaster/cafe in the chill neighborhood of Nakazaki-cho, Osaka. We serve a variety of pour-over coffee and baked goods (vegan cookies, etc) available for eat-in or take-out. All beans are roasted on-site on our Aillio Bullet R1 V2, varying from light to dark roasts from all over the world.
